Blissfield Heights subdivision is located on S. Blissfield Hwy. which is north of US-223 and north of the fork at N. Monroe St. and Iffland Rd. It has a boulevard entrance (East Blvd.) and an oval street layout (North St. and South St.) set into farmland. This is a well-established neighborhood with a reasonable turnover of properties, making this a good location to scout. Newly listed properties sell relatively quickly.
