College Park subdivision near Adrian College was built in the 1950s and '60s. The north and south haves differ somewhat in average size, the north being newer and typically about 1,300-1,500 sf and south being 930-1050 sf. Lot sizes vary throughout from about 0.19 acre to 0.25 acre. Most all have 3 bedrooms, with a few 2-bedroom houses. There is a mixture of 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0 baths. Most houses have basements and may have a carport, 1-car or 2-car garage. This is a pleasant neighborhood.
