Countryside Farms subdivision is located the depth of one lot off S. Treat Hwy. (south of US-223) in Madison Charter Township. It was platted in 1998 as a walkable community. There are sidewalks throughout the neighborhood and many homes have front porches set close enough to the public sidewalks to enable conversations with your neighbors. The north boundary of Countryside Farms is the Madison School District campus. The south boundary is E. Cadmus Rd. There are about 18 homes fronting S. Treat Hwy. that are backyard neighbors to residents of the subdivision. The same goes for about a dozen homes along E. Cadmus Rd. While not part of the plat, these homes are part of the greater neighborhood area and have been included on this map so they will show up in searches, since they share many of the same advantages as the subdivision has and expand the opportunities for Buyers to find a home in this location near the schools and near US-223 and M-52 (to the west). This is great location for people who  work in Lenawee County or northwest Ohio.

Access to Countryside Farms subdivision is off S. Treat Hwy. via either Homestead Ln. or Farm Valley Rd. Country Side Dr. connects the subdivision north to south between the two entry/exit streets.
