Ezra Brown's Addition was platted in 1836 with plat updates or re-recordings in 1886 and 1910.There do not appear to be many historically-preserved homes, although some dating from the late 1800s are the original houses with vinyl or aluminum siding. That said, the four homes most recently sold dated from 1890, 1970, 1900 and 1900. There are good livable homes here, plus there may be some hidden treasures!
