Gady Acres subdivision is located on Gady Rd., which is both its western and northern boundary, in Raisin Twp. between Sutton Rd., Occidental Hwy. and Ives Rd. It features approximately 40 homes and a large open area in the center of the development. Basin St. runs east and north to connect with Gady Rd. Gady Acres is a very nice neighborhood that has a pleasant country feel, yet enough neighbors to keep from being isolated, and an easy drive into Tecumseh, Adrian or points further.
