Gettysburg subdivision in Adrian, originally platted as "Lincoln Square," has 15 homes, mostly 2-story and split-level. Houses are generally 1,500-1,700 sf, with one at 964 sf. Construction was between the 1960s and 1995. Lot sizes range from 0.18-0.25 acres. Beecher Street, a major thoroughfare, is less than 1/2 block south of Gettysburg.
Adrian Public Schools is the resident school district. While Michigan is a "School of Choice" state, participation in choice programs is optional for districts. The degree and extent of participation are also determined at the local level. Ask your REALTOR® at The Wagley Group for more information.
