Hillcrest is a very nice cul-de-sac development in Adrian, accessible from N. Budlong St. near Riverside Ave. It is immediately north of Woodfield Drive, a similar subdivision. Houses in Hillcrest are predominately ranch style with a few colonial 2-story and contemporary styles mixed in. These homes were built in the mid-1950s and 1960s. Houses are typically between 1,500-1,800 sf, but can be up to 2,500 sf. Most have 3-4 bedrooms and 2-2.5 baths with full basements, 2-car garages, decks and other features. Lots sizes are about one-third of an acre.
Adrian Public Schools is the resident school district. While Michigan is a "School of Choice" state, participation in choice programs is optional for districts. The degree and extent of participation are also determined at the local level. Ask your REALTOR® at The Wagley Group for more information.
