Lakeridge subdivision, at the north end of Lake Adrian in Adrian Charter Township, was platted in 1949 and included only 18 lots on either side of Lakeridge Dr., which runs south off Spielman Road. Development on N. Lake Dr. brought new neighbors into the vicinity. If you like living by a good-sized lake year-round, you have got to consider Lakeridge.
Lake Adrian is technically a reservoir created to hold the City of Adrian's raw water supply, augmented (when needed) by lake water from the Irish Hills. As such, it is not a sports lake. Pontoon boats and small fishing boats and canoes are permitted. Not being an all-sports lake enhances the beauty and tranquility of the area.
