Linwood subdivision in Adrian Charter Township was platted in 1957 just outside the Adrian city limits. It has about 20 homes, most fronting on N. M-52. Linwood features very large lots, with Beaver Creek as the northern border for about a dozen properties. Few homes means few listings and sales.
