Maple Grove & Hudson Schools Neighborhood  is located on the northeast side of the city: north of E. Main St. (M-34) and south of Cadmus Rd., between Bean Creek (west side) and 1/2 mile west of Munson Hwy. on the east side. This very popular neighborhood includes the Hudson Area Schools campus, Will Carleton Park, Hudson Preschool & Daycare, and beautiful N. Maple Grove Ave. It has many nice trees and addresses on 26 streets (listed below). Also close to the Southern Michigan Center for Science & Industry (skilled trades and technology training). Homes in this neighborhood vary in style (with a majority being "traditional"); they range in age from the 1890s to the 2000s and start around $50,000 and can exceed $150,000 in the 2018- early-2019 market.

North/south streets are: Tiffin, Jefferson, N. Maple Grove Ave., and McClellan. East/west streets are: Hill, Joppa, Wilcox, Lincoln, Meadowbrook Dr., High School Dr., Cemetery Rd., Jackson, Douglass, Elm, Taney, Jay, Buchannan and Valley Dr.
