Parkland Place subdivision in the City of Tecumseh is located on the north side of Burt St. directly across from Hantz Golf Club. HGC has a great course and offers reasonable memberships. Parkland Place is a mixed use development with single family homes, site condominiums and apartments. Ingress and egress is off Burt St. via Vanette St. or Clark St. Parkland Place is also close to a long list of recreation and park areas (please see below). This is a very popular and well-kept neighborhood. Other interior streets include W. Caneel Dr., W. Caneel Ct. and Illinois Dr.
