Raintree subdivision is a very popular neighborhood located just outside the City of Adrian in Madison Charter Township and features over 50 homes built in the 1970s and 2000s. It is accessible via Prairie Dr. west off Baldwin Hwy. at a point half-way between W. Beecher St./M-34 in Adrian and W. Cadmus Rd. in the township. There is also ingress/egress at the south end of Prairie Dr. onto Taylor Rd. in the Airport Section/Birchwood Park and then to W. Cadmus Rd. Raintree is close to the intersection of US-223 and M-52 on the south side of Adrian. Prairie Dr. at Baldwin Hwy. runs west for 10 houses on each side, then bends south to Tayler Rd. Between Prairie Dr. and Baldwin Hwy. a condominium subdivision has been started with 4 condominium units built (2 each in 2 buildings). The condominiums are on the east side of Eunice Cir., which loops all the way around the development. Akwater connects Eunice Cir. to Baldwin Hwy. Three cul d' sacs are planned: Hope Ct., Francis Ct. and Janice Ct.
