The Riverbend / Raisin St. neighborhood in the Village of Deerfield is a newer subdivision with over 20 custom-built homes in contemporary styles and a range of sizes. The area is bounded by Rouget Rd. which becomes W. River St., River Raisin to the east, and farm fields behind some houses on the north and south sides. Witts End cul de sac is inside this subdivision and features some of the largest homes. This is a quiet, well-maintained neighborhood with all the comforts of home, the charm of living in a small village, and  access to nearby highways for commuting to Ann Arbor , the Detroit area or Toledo. There may be a few building lots available.
