Roberts Meadow subdivision in Raisin Twp. was started in 1997 off Green Hwy. north of Gady Rd (north and west of Osburn's Subdivision). Access off Green Hwy. is via Robert's Meadow Dr. which loops around and returns to its point of origin, creating houses inside and outside the circle. Nice-sized lots inside the circle and large lots (deep) outside. There are about 3 dozen homes in this well-kept neighborhood. Expect to find special amenities of one sort or another in practically every home, like a full-sized finished basement under a 1,400 sf home, doubling the living area, or a backyard with a stamped concrete patio/ plus gazebo with electric / and a bonfire pit. Other features might be a 2-car attached garage and a 1-car detached garage or 9-foot ceilings. Close to Tecumseh. This is a great neighborhood to consider.
