Suburban Acres was created in three plats (1941, 1954 and 1956), although a few homes were built later - one as as recently as 2015. Located on both sides of S. Occidental Hwy. between E. Valley Rd. and Sutton Rd. There are approximately 65 homes. Bailey Drive serves the east side of the development, intersecting S. Occidental both south and north of Midway Market (named for it proximity to Adrian and Tecumseh). A row of homes front on the west side of S. Occidental Hwy. Characteristically smaller homes, mostly ranch styles.
