Tecumseh City Park Neighborhood is a combination of several subdivisions that share walking or bicycling access to Tecumseh City Park without crossing a high-traffic commercial street. This neighborhood is bounded by Chicago Blvd. on the north, Adrian St. on the east, Russell Rd. on the south, and S. Occidental Hwy. on the west. Tecumseh City Park is almost perfectly located in the middle and features: "25.2 acres, swimming hole, beach, playground structure and swings, sand volleyball court, basketball hoop, picnic tables, grills, picnic shelter, sledding hills, fishing, seasonal outdoor restrooms, paved parking lots," according to City Parks & Recreation Department.

Tecumseh is graced with an abundance of parks, trails and recreation centers (19 in all) and another major park  is located across Russell St. at the south end of this neighborhood.
