Tecumseh Northeast is not an individual neighborhood, but a group of 4 subdivisions and several smaller developments, including single lot builds, that Buyers often shop as an area. These homes are all located east of N. Evans St., north of Burt St. or either side of Milwaukee Rd, and south of Macon Hwy. They are close to Hantz Golf Club and Indian Crossing Trails Park. The 4 subdivisions share many characteristics and are often compared for availability and value: Parkland Place; Hunter Farms; Hawthorne Hills; and Loire Valley. Smaller developments include Field Stone Dr. which runs from Grange Hall Hwy. (northern terminus) to Milwaukee Rd. (southern terminus). Wheatland Dr. runs east from Field Stone Dr. and connects with Harvest Hill Dr. which runs south to Milwaukee Rd.
