Terrehaven Estates in Adrian Charter Township was platted in 1996 with 13 lots. It is characterized by large, custom-built homes with upscale amenities set on large properties. Located on Hunt Rd. just east of the intersection of Pfister Hwy. the west side of Pfister is Wolf Creek Golf Club.

Just for fun, Hunt Rd. becomes Burton Rd. west of Pfister and Pfister becomes Wolf Creek Hwy. north of Hunt. US-223 is west of US-223 for quick access toward Jackson or Adrian.
