Wild Water Beach is located on the east side of Devils Lake on Round Lake Hwy. The north half of the neighborhood is in Woodstock Twp. and the south in Rollin Twp. Platted in 1922, this is one of the best-known areas on Devil’s Lake. The neighborhood has mature trees for the summer sun and beautiful sunsets.

Addison Community Schools is the resident school district. While Michigan is a "School of Choice" state, participation in choice programs is optional for districts.
